Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fine Art by Anne Neiwand Photography. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Artwork & Product Details

Each piece of artwork is photographed and presented as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. As each print is custom made to order, slight variations can occur in the final product.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is received, we’ll begin the custom print and framing process. Because all artworks are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once production has begun.

Please double-check your order details (including image selection, size, format, and shipping address) before confirming your purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery Australia-wide. Rolled prints ship free internationally. Framed and ready-to-hang international orders will be quoted individually.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Damages

Because each artwork is custom made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing anne@anneneiwandphotography.com.au with photos and your order number.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on this site are the property of Fine Art by Anne Neiwand Photography. Reproduction, resale, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
