We want you to love your artwork.
Each piece is created with care and intention, and
we truly hope it brings lasting beauty to your space. If something isn’t
quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Change of Mind
Because every artwork is custom printed and often
framed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change
of mind.
We encourage you to take your time when selecting the image,
size, and finish — and feel free to reach out if you’d like help
visualising it in your space.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we pack everything carefully, if your artwork
arrives damaged or there’s been a mix-up with your order, please let us
know within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email anne@anneneiwandphotography.com.au with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or error
- Your order number
We’ll organise a replacement at no cost to you as soon as possible.
Please note: Fine Art by Anne
Neiwand Photography is not responsible for any damage that may occur
while opening your package. Take extra care when unwrapping your artwork
— especially if you’re using sharp tools.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order is returned to us due to failed
delivery attempts — and no contact is made with the courier or postal
carrier on your end — a re-delivery fee will apply.
This fee depends on the original shipping cost and will be quoted before re-shipping.
Returns Process
If a return has been approved (in the case of
damage or incorrect order), we’ll provide full instructions. Returned
artwork must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If
return shipping is required, we’ll cover those costs unless stated
otherwise.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your artwork reaches you safely and beautifully.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All artwork is custom-made to order - please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived after six weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
