All artwork orders within Australia include free shipping — whether you choose a framed piece, canvas, metal print, or rolled fine art paper.

No hidden costs, no surprises.

International Orders

We’re delighted to ship worldwide.
If you're based outside Australia, just send us a quick message at anne@anneneiwandphotography.com.au, 
and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your location.

Good news — rolled fine art prints ship internationally for free.

Framed or ready-to-hang pieces start at approximately AUD $650, depending on size and destination.

Delivery Locations

We work with professional couriers who require a physical street address — so we can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
You’re welcome to have your artwork sent to your home, office, or studio — anywhere that’s secure and where someone can accept it.

How Delivery Works

Your artwork is handled with the same care it was created with.
Each piece is packaged safely and sent via trusted couriers who specialise in delivering fragile and valuable items. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do I Need to Be Home?

In most cases, yes — a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
If you’d prefer it to be left in a safe spot, just let us know in writing and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Production & Delivery Timeframe

Because each print is custom made just for you, please allow up to 8 weeks from order to delivery.
This includes printing, framing (if selected), quality checks, and shipping. We promise — it’s worth the wait.

What if Something Goes Wrong?

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
But if something is damaged during transit (as rare as that is), we’ll replace it at no cost.

Just take a few photos of the packaging and the damage, and get in touch with us right away.
