Shipping & Delivery Policy

Each artwork is produced individually to order and packed carefully for its journey to you.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard shipping is free on all artwork orders within Australia.

This applies to both:

• Rolled Fine Art Paper prints
• Framed Fine Art Paper artworks

Express delivery may be available for some orders at an additional cost.

Tracking details will be provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Rolled Fine Art Paper

Rolled Fine Art Paper prints can be purchased directly through the website for available international destinations.

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the destination and print size.

Prints are carefully protected with archival materials and shipped in a strong tube suitable for international transport.

Framed Artworks

International framed orders are currently handled separately.

I am expanding my international production and fulfilment network so that, wherever possible, framed artworks can be produced closer to the collector. This helps reduce freight costs, shipping distances and the risks involved in transporting large finished artworks internationally.

Until these arrangements are finalised, please contact me for an international shipping quote before ordering a framed artwork.

I will confirm the available production and delivery options for your location.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other local fees when they enter the destination country.

Unless specifically stated as being collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the artwork or shipping price and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Customs requirements vary between countries and can change without notice.

Limited Edition Orders

Limited Edition artworks are individually numbered and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

For rolled prints, the certificate is carefully protected and packed with the artwork for shipping.

Delivery Addresses

A physical street address is required for most courier deliveries, particularly framed artworks and larger international shipments.

PO Boxes may not be accepted by the carrier.

Delivery can be made to a home, office, studio or other secure street address where the artwork can be safely received.

Please ensure your delivery details, telephone number and email address are correct when placing your order.

Packaging

Every artwork is packed specifically for its size and presentation.

Rolled prints are protected with archival materials before being placed into a strong shipping tube.

Framed works are packed using protective materials appropriate to their size and sent using professional carriers suitable for transporting valuable artwork.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For larger or higher-value deliveries, a signature may be required on arrival.

I recommend that valuable artwork is not left unattended.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

All artworks are made to order.

Please allow up to 8 weeks from order to delivery, particularly for framed works.

Rolled Fine Art Paper prints may be completed sooner.

International transit times vary according to destination, carrier and customs processing.

Any estimated transit time shown at checkout refers to the shipping period only and does not include production time.

Customs & Carrier Delays

Once an artwork has been dispatched, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside my control.

I will always provide tracking information and assist where I can if a shipment is delayed.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.

If the packaging or artwork has been damaged during transit, please photograph:

• the external packaging
• any visible damage to the packaging
• the internal packaging
• the artwork itself

and contact me as soon as possible so I can work with the carrier and arrange the appropriate next step.
