Engineered Horizons

Where human geometry meets ancient earth.

Seen from altitude, the salt ponds, levees and intersecting lines of Western Australia's remote interior reveal an unexpected beauty — a landscape where human intervention has created its own abstract geometry. These five works capture the precise lines, colour fields and structural forms that emerge when industry meets the land from above. What reads as bold, graphic abstraction is in fact the result of evaporation, mineral deposit and engineered water management — nature and human hand working in an uneasy, beautiful collaboration.
